6 PAX showed up on this gloomy Thursday morning for the second Thursday in Salem! We also had one FNG join us today!
Warm-up:
Mosey through the park with a little warm-up jog to the basketball court.
Circle up for: 35 SSH, 30 forward arm circles, 30 reverse arm circles, 25 rubios, 20 WMH, 15 slow merkins.
Thang: “I like to move it, move it!”
With Space Jam running the show, PAX partnered up and started with an exercise. Once finished, partners ran around the loop or the up the hill (We alternated between loop and hill) and met back at the court with the first returning to decide a core exercise. Once all PAX finished their run, we moved on to the next exercise. Exercises: 40 squats, loop run, then flutter kicks until all PAX finished; 10 partner clap merkins, hill run, then 6 inches; 15 burpees, loop, squat hold; 15 partner dirkins, hill, LBCs; 25 dips, loop, big boys; 25 monkey humpers, hill, box cutters.
