10 PAX adventure out into the wet gloom for a morning picnic!
Warm-up
Quick mosey down to park area and back to covered pavilion. Just enough time however for the Q to stumble upon the biggest puddle imaginable and completely soak his feet for the remainder of the workout. Rest of the PAX able to successfully dodge the puddle, well done! Gather in between picnic tables for:
40 SSH, 10 WMH, 10 WM, 25 AC/25 Reverse AC/25 O-Claps
Thang- Morning Picnic
In an attempt not to get us completely drenched Q decides to do some circuits under the covered area. Mumble chatter ensues when few of the PAX were awaiting a text early this morning that we canceled due to rain. That text however was non existent and thus…….
One member of the PAX runs to “Do Not Enter” sign, does 5 burpees, runs back. Others perform the following exercises using picnic tables:
Box Squats, Merkins w/ feet and arms split on benches (extra tough bc can’t hit knees on max), Step-ups, Dips, Step-back lunges, Derkins, Reg Squats, Irkins, Monkey Humpers, Dips
Rd 2- Same set of exercises, runner bear crawls down slope, runs across flat part of lot, 5 burpees, runs back, bear crawl up slope
Rd 3- Same set of exercises, runner runs across lot, down to Craig Ave and back

Each member gets on top of a table for:
20 Flutter Kicks IC, 20 LBC’s, 10 Modified V Crunches, 20 BBS, 15 AH, 6 inch hold to 6:15. Done.
