A crew of 10 started off with a run from the Park to the Football field for an early morning Construction Education.
Warm Up: SSH x25 IC, WMH x15 IC, IW x25 IC, MH x25 IC, Slow Merkins x10 IC
Team Up and pull an exercise from the lunch cooler and mosey to your station for reps of 30 and we did 6 of the possible 8 stations. The possible station exercises were: Post Flip, Cinder block hand off in a squat, Cinder block Big Boy, Shoulder 2 Shoulder with mini post, Cinder Block dips, Derkins, Gravel Bucket Lunge walk, Gravel Bucket Step up and Pike Up Merkins. In between each set the Pax calls out a group exercise until everyone is done.
1st round was Squats,
2nd round was Flutter Kick,
3rd round was Plank,
4th round was LBC’s,
5th round Freddy Mercury’s then Heels to heaven 10 count around the horn.
