Thang- Ramp BOMBS
Partner up. One partner runs up ramps 1 and 2 and back down while other partner is performing one of the following exercises. Keep cumulative total until benchmark is met.
50 Burpees- Low squat hold until all finished
*Audible- Upon first run, Q realizes that going up both ramps is a bit much, reduce run back to 1 ramp.
100 Overhead Claps *IC- Low squat hold until all finished
150 Merkins (always rough)- flutter kicks until all finished
200 Big Boy Situps (Pinky would’ve made it bottom-out burpees or something else worse so you’re welcome)- LBC’s until all finished…rough
200 Squats (low on time, saved some for Mary)- Wall sit until all finished
