Fieldwork…with Bricks

10 PAX descended upon the Reserve Ave gravel lot to welcome the week…and if you listen to the news, before we all get snowed in for the rest of the week.  I’m 75/25 ratings gimmick/real snow storm, but anyway, here’s how we tried to stay warm.

Grab bricks, 2 laps around the field.

Warm Up:  Arm Circles x10, SSH x30, Reverse Arm Circles x10, IW x20, Tricep Extensions x20, MC x10, Parker Peters x10, Peter Parkers x10, Curls x20, Overhead Press x20, SSH x30, all IC with bricks except for the SSH.

To the rail for 2 rounds with bricks of:  10 Step Ups each leg, Dips x15 IC, Box Squats x20 IC, Slow Derkins x10 IC.  Repeato.

Four corners, with bricks:  Lunge Walk to 2nd light pole, then sprint remaining length of field, 20 merkins, plank it out.  Brick crawl past goal posts, run to corner, 30 squats.  110 sprint length of field, 15 brick burpees, low squat hold.  (Double Dutch nearly broke himself on this one.)  Lunge walk width of field, 30 brick jack webbs.  Inch worm to 1st light pole, sprint length of field, 30 merkins.   Brick crawl past goal posts, run to corner, 30 squats.  110 sprint length of field, 10 brick burpees, American hammers w brick.

Mary:  partner up for 1 minute of max big boy situps w/ bricks on chest.
