With Pinky under the weather, YHC cobbled together a Q for Pain Train to start the week off right.  Beeper King dubbed this Q the Pain Train Greatest Hits…

5 PAX started with 2 laps around the field with some side shuffles, butt kickers and high knees thrown in.  Circle up for SSH x40, WMH x10, IW x20, MC x20, Slow Merkins x10, all IC.

Run to Bridge Over the River Roanoke.  Traveling burpees across the bridge, bear crawl back, grab a rock and hold it over your head until all PAX finish.  With your rock, curls x10, OH press x10, tricep ext x10, all IC.

Amble over to the guard rail near tennis courts.  Dips x10, Box Squats x10, Derkins x10, all IC.

To the tennis courts for BLIMPS.  Travel across first court 5 burpees, 2nd court 10 lunges each leg, 3rd court 15 imperial walkers, back across 3rd court 20 merkins, 2nd court 25 plank jacks, last court 20 squats.  Round 1 backwards run between stations, Round 2 gorilla walk (dear me), Round 3 lunge squat walk.

Side plank walk with merkin across 1st court and back.
