Mosey to parking deck and circle up for: 40 SSH, 25 Rubios, 20 IW, 25 Arm Circles/25 Reverse AC, 10 Derkins all done IC

No time to waste, short mosey to end line

 

Thang- 2 Minute Drills

PAX will perform the following exercises for (around) two minutes. Simple. Painful.

Merkins

Line Jumps- Front/Back 1 min, Side/Side 1 min

Bear Crawl to middle deck, 3 Merkins, Crawl Bear back to end line

Walking Lunges to middle, Back pedal to end line, Rinse-Repeat

Traveling Burpees to Middle, Sprint Back, Repeat

Wall Sit

Crab Walk- Rear facing down, front facing back

3 Squats, Broad Jump, Repeat to middle

1 Min Merkins to bring it full circle

One member of PAX picks an exercise to perform for 1 minute each. Exercises included: American Hammer, LBC’s, Penguin Crunches, Planks, Imperial Walkers
