It was cold and wet so we headed to the parking deck.
Oh Cake, you want to wait to see if BlindSpot shows up? OK, lets do 15 burpees while we wait. No BlindSpot. Now my gloves are wet and cold. F%^$. Off we go again. Dunphy, brings up BlindSpot again but Cake shuts him up before we have to do more Burpees.
So we disclaimered (cause we got an FNG today) and we warmed up (cause its cold out!):
25 SSH IC; 20 forward arm circles IC; 20 reverse arm circles IC; 20 over head claps IC; 30 ski jumps; 10 merkins IC
Halfway through warm up some crazy dude almost ran us over in a souped-up Prius. Dude got out of the car and did a ninja roll. We were all ready to run for our lives then we realized it was Beeper King coming in hot.
OK, time to start moving….railroad run up to the fifth floor.
Then we stop at the bricks. Circle plank while we wait for everyone to reassemble. (We had to go on a hunt for the FNG)
Then we partnered up and dirty bombed.
75 Derkins (on bricks). One person does derkins, the other runs to the ground floor and back up. Switch until 75 derkins are completed.
50 Iron hulks (with bricks).One person does Iron hulks, the other runs to the ground floor and back up. Switch until 50 are completed.
100 Russian Twists (no bricks required). One person does russian twists, the other runs to the far end of the garage and back. Switch until 100 are completed.
150 Tricep extensions (with bricks). One person does tricep extensions, the other runs down 1 flight, to the far end of the garage and back up. Switch until 150 are completed.
150 Y-presses (with bricks). One person does presses, the other runs up 1 flight, to the far end of the garage and back down. Switch until 150 are completed.
Almost out of time….just a quick mary….51 flutter kicks IC, 20 LBCs.
