YHC (sans ocular corrective lenses), led a happy and hearty group of 10 PAX blindly through some highlights of the VWCC campus. Here’s how it went:
Warm Up: Brisk lap. Then, all in cadence, SSH x51, WMH x11, WM x11, Arm Circles x21, Imperial Squat Walker x21.
First Half of Merkin Pyramid, 1 through 10, alternating between hand release, wide grip, ranger and standard.
Run to back of tennis courts at bottom of short steep hill (read: wall). La La Leggy: 20 Squats, 20 Lunges, 20 Step Back Lunges, 20 Rubios, run to top of hill and back down. Repeat and stay on top of plateau.
Back half of Merkin Pyramid, 10 through 1, alternating between hand release, wide grip, ranger and standard.
Run to Top Lot for Usain Bolts. Running man does first rep with PAX, runs to 4th light pole and back, does last rep with PAX. Running man calls the exercise. No breaks under threat of penalty burpees. First round included squats, merkins, plank jacks, boat hold, mountain merkins, side plank, imperial squat walkers, jump lunges, a few more.
