12 Days

10 PAX posted for a 12 Days of Christmas workout.

Lap around the field, pick up Twitch.

Run to deck for Warm Up:  SSH x40 IC, WMH while I layed out the instructions for the 12 days…mainly, be ready to lead/count your exercise when it gets to you, Arm Circles x20 IC, Reverse Arm Circles x20 IC, WM x12 IC, SSH x20 IC

12 Days:  Start at G, 1st Day of Christmas, then sprint up ramp to 1, then 2nd Day and 1st Day etc. just like the song.  Singing encouraged.  Threw in some bear crawls, backward run and lunge walks for traveling along the way.  Plus one set of wall sit OH Claps for good measure.  Here’s how the days went:

1 burpee a-la Dunphy (5 merkins at the bottom, 5 SSH at the top)

2 jump squats (Space Jam)

3 WWIIs (Jimmer)

4 dry docks (Blindspot)

5 LBCs (Cat Scratch)

6 geezers-a-lunging (lunges IC by Twitch)

7 mountains-a-climbing (IC by Double Humpee)

8 maids-a-merkins (IC by Pinky, included sets of pop-ups, partner hand slap, slow, on-the-edge, chuck norris)

9 Americans-a-twisting (IC by Frack)

10 lords-a-leaping (tuck jumps)

11 planks-a-jacking (IC by Cake)

12 burpees-a-burping

Nailed the landing at 6:15 under the snowflakes lights on the top of the deck
