Pick up coupons (two sand bags) and head to deck.
The Zipper: same partners, start in center of ground floor, partners run to opposite stairwells, and meet in middle of level 1 and do 5 partner hand slap merkins. one team has the sandbags. that’s me and Whatley. where is Whatley? Puffs: “he was right behind me.” He finally comes down the stairs after having gone to the top…with the sand bag. Whatley: “Oh, just up to the next floor?”
Switch teams with sandbags, 1 to 2, 10 hand slap merkins. 2 to 3, 15 hand slap merkins. wall sit with 25 overhead claps IC. 3 to 4, 5 burpees with broad jump over partners legs in plank. 4 to 5, 10 burpees with broad jump. 5 to 6 (top), PAX choice 20 hand slap merkins or 15 burpees with broad jump. they pick merkins. sand bags rotated between teams.
At top of deck, one partner does wheelbarrow, partner carry, alternating between light poles from middle to end of deck, run back to middle. swtich, other partner same thing the other way.
Collect sand bags and run down the deck for Mary: 50 flutter kicks IC.
