Mosey up to the plateau behind VWCC
25 SSH IC (man, I am out of breath and having trouble counting, thanks Twitch)
10 Windmill IC
20 Arm Circles IC
20 Reverse Arm Circles IC
20 Imperial Walkers IC
15 Merkins IC
Run up first flight of stairs
Bear Crawl to next flight of stairs
Run up second flight of stairs
Mosey back down to the bottom of Fishburn school hill
The Thang: Elevator BOMBS (running up and down hills)
Partner up with one group having three
One man does BOMB excersise while partner runs up hill and does called excersise at top of hill, runs back down hill and swaps with partner.  Repeat until BOMB excersise is completed and plank it out until all groups are finished. Get a 10 count and do next BOMB excersise.
50 Burpees — @ top of hill do 10 squats
100 Cadre Phil overhead Claps — @ top of hill do 5 Big boy situps
200 Merkins — @ top of hill do 5 burpees (Q has had no sleep so he forgets the 150 count, must be contagious.  Reference Pinky’s previous backblast)
200 Big boy situps — @ top of hill do 5 hand release merkins (PAX reminds me that I skipped 150 count, they are not happy so we do 200 count again)
250 Squats — @ top of hill do 25 Cadre Phil Overhead clapps
No time for Mary
Do annoucements and prayer
Namorama (PAX reminds Q to do this, Q must be asleep at the wheel)
