The Thang:

Everyone lines up at a station.  45 seconds per station.  After 45 seconds, move to the station to the left.

Merkins

Shoulder to Shoulder w/ sandbag

Dips

Thrusters with sandbag

Burpees

Squats w/ sandbag

Step back lunge

Overhead press with sandbag.

After one cycle has been completed, Indian Sprint around the perimeter of the field.  Pickup where you left off.  Complete another cycle, 45 seconds per station.  Railroad sprint around the perimeter of the field.  One more cycle – 30 seconds per station.
