Warm Up:
– Side-Straddle Hops – 40x

– Back lunges – touching the ground with one hand at a time (with Style)

Game of Cards:
– Spades = Burpees
– Diamonds = Merkins
– Hearts = Squats followed by side to side jumps
– Clubs = LBCs followed by Big Boy Sit-ups
Reps = Number on cards. J, Q and K = 10 reps; A = 15 reps
– Joker = everyone runs around the perimeter of football field
– Wild Card = everyone Bear Crawls to half field and then runs back.
