Warm Up:  SSH x30 IC, WMH x10 IC, Arm Circles x20 IC, Reverse Arm Circles x20 IC, IW x20 IC, Merikins x10 IC

The Thang:

Run down Greenway to Tennis Courts for BLIMPS.  Line up along side of courts, run across 1st court, 5 Burpees, run back, plank it out.  Run across 1st court, 5 Burpees, run across second court, 10 jump Lunges each leg, run back, plank/low squat hold.  Repeat and add:  15 Imperial Walkers each leg, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats (cadence count).

Bear crawl across bridge over river to rock pile.  With your rock:  15 Curls IC, 15 Tricep Ext IC, 10 Rows each arm.

Mary (with your rock):  American Hammer x15 IC, Basic Instincts x15 IC, Flutter Kicks x15 IC, partner up for 20 Big Boy Situps with rock on chest, plank-o-rama.
