Where’s Whatley?

Never a good thing when you get a 4:00 am bat signal that the Q is fighting a stomach bug.  So 9 PAX did our best to follow Whatley’s workout.  Whatley – you should expect mass griping.

Warm Up: SSH x20 IC, Imperial Walker x20 IC, WMH x10 IC, Wind Mill x10 IC, Merkins x15 IC, mosey to rail, Step Ups x 10 each leg, Dips x10 IC, Box Jumps x10, Dips x10 IC

Mosey to bottom of the garage.

The Thang:

4 minute burpie/lunge blast: 5 burpies followed by 20 lunges. Rinse. Repeat for 4 minutes

“Stairway to Heaven”

Partner up. While one partner runs up the stairs to designated level and back down the other is at the bottom performing exercise.  Switch, repeato until team reaches cumulative count AND last partner finishes turn on stairs

30 Burpees (level 4)
60 Over-head claps (level 3)
75 Merkins (level 3)
100 Big boy sit-ups (level 4)
125 Squats (level 2)
