The Thang:
Usain Bolts across fields above tennis courts at VWCC: Merkins, LBCs, Peter Parkers, Squats, IWs, Overhead Claps, Arm Circles, Step Back Lunges
Run up to Upper VWCC Lot. Lunge walk across parking spaces starting with 1 Merkin, add 1 every other spot, to 10. Next row, same back across, but add Jack Webb multiplier x4, up to 11 Merkins and 44 Jack Webbs. Add it up. Yep.
Run to pull up bars, everyone gets 1 set to failure, while other PAX do tire flips.
