Warm-Up:

Jogged to field and a 400 around it

Side shuffle hop x 25 IC

Windmill x 10 IC

Mountain climbers x 15 IC

Burpees x 10 OYO

Willy Mays Hays x 10 IC

Cadre Phil Overhead Claps x 30 IC

Arm circles (forward) x 15 IC

Arm circles (backwards) X 15 IC

 

The Thang:

Mosey across river bridge to secondary football field

BOMBS:

Paired up backwards by height

— 50 Burpees total with partner while other non-burpeeing PAX is running 200 yd sprint

— 100 Double count Cadre Phil OHC with partner while non-clapping PAX is running 100 yd sprint

— 150 Single count Merkins with partner- Running PAX distance was dealer’s choice

— 200 Big Boy Sit Ups with partner- Running PAX distance was dealer’s choice

— 250 Squats with partner- Running PAX distance was 200 yd sprint

With planking in between each exercise for all teams to finish; 10 count rest in between exercise.

 

Jogged back across Greenway and river bridge to original field.
