1st F – Fitness/Workouts

45 minutes to an hour of the hardest, best thing you’ll do all day. Simply show up and introduce yourself as an “FNG” (Friendly New Guy). You’ll leave with an F3 nickname that you probably won’t like, but it’s all yours. Feel free to modify the workout to meet your fitness level–the game is you vs. you. Wear some work gloves unless you have farmer hands!
