Part of the national F3 movement, F3 Roanoke was launched in April of 2016. Participants (“PAX”) post seven mornings and one evening a week in Roanoke or Salem to get in the best shape of their lives and become better leaders, husbands and fathers. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 has spread across the country and around the world and grown to more than 3,000 scheduled workouts a week.
We lead 11 workouts throughout Roanoke and Salem each week, mostly starting at 5:30 In the morning.
Your current level of fitness is irrelevant except that you’re interested in improving it. Wherever you are, you can start with us tomorrow.
We’re all here to support each other, not judge. We’ve got your back
We’re a group of men who are striving to improve ourselves and each other.
We also meet for social events, service projects, or other community building activities.
This idea can be a turn off to some men – but hang on a sec. F3 is not a Christian organization. Many of us are, but F3 is not affiliated with any religion.
We end every workout with a positive thought for the day. It could be a reflection or perspective from whomever is leading the workout.
Our version of faith is the belief in something bigger than yourself.
