PAX: Acorn, Cake, Cat Scratch, Dark Helmet, Double Humpee, Dunphy, Glee, Jimmer, Manti, Prince Tuesday, Space Jam, Twitch, Zebra
Warmup:
- Short mosey with some high knees thrown in.
- SSH x 40 IC
- Wind Mill x 10 IC
- WMH x 10 IC
- Arm Circles x 40 IC
- Reverse Arm Circles x 20 IC
Thang:
There were Merkins and Burpees and some other stuff but the main events were:
- 100 yard Bear Crawl Dash/race – Dark Helmet Bear (One of the care bears – it’s true, look it up) tried to prove he was fast, but found that Cake Bear is the faster bear ever. If you don’t believe it, come visit Roanoke/Salem and challenge him to a race.
- Partner carries up the ramps (~100 yards each), then jog the flats and switch partners x 6 (this was terrible and proves that size matters)

Flutter kicks & Freddy Mercury & a 200 yard sprint to the finish
