Go up, come down, across the street and back

EC: Ruck march across the practice fields, under the tracks, in front of the hospital, across the river, back across the tracks, to the parking garage (up to level 6 and back down), and then back to the meeting spot.

EC PAX: Dumphy, Herschel, Puffs, and HC3

PAX: Twitch, Puffs, Dumphy, Pinky, Cat Scratch, Manti, Herschel, Space Jam, Frack, and HC3

Warm up: Snake Indian run down the street and around to the back of the garage into Pinky’s corner to circle up. The warm-up consisted of the following:

30 SSH mosey to 1st level of the garage

30 Marco Rubio’s mosey across level 1

15 Willy Mays Hayes mosey to level 2

100 forward arm circles mosey across level 2

25 reverse arm circles mosey to level 3

20 Wind Mills mosey back down to ground level

The thing:

The Pax ran from the garage to the football field and formed up to down our first circuit. The first circuit was a black jack circuit performed in pairs. One partner ran to the other side of the field and performed one big-boy sit-up and then ran back. The partner, who stayed, performed 20 merkins and waited until his partner returned. Once the original partner returned the two switched and the partner running performed 2 big-boys while the partner who now remained performed 19 merkins. This was repeated down to 11 merkins and 8 big-boys.

The Pax then grabbed sandbags and went back to the garage to start a SLAM workout. Putting the Pax into 2 groups at this point, one group ran while the other group performed stationary exercises. The running group ran to level 3 with sandbags while the remaining group performed Jack-Webs until the original group returned and then rotated. Next, the running group went to level 4 while the remaining group did squats.

Our time together ran extra fast on this blessed 54 degree morning.
