I started planning this workout about 5 months ago, carefully keeping track of every man who posted in @F3Roanoke during 2017.  Some were visitors, some have moved, some posted just once, some have posted dozens of times, a few have posted hundreds of times…Their names are as follows:

In effort to recognize the effort that these 72 men have made to better themselves and their communities, here we go:

Jog a couple labs followed by:

Not quite everything got done in time, but I will say that the burpees weren’t as hard as I thought they would be.  After mentally preparing myself for 72, I can attest to the fact that the mind is truly the weakest link.
