18 PAX earned some of their turkey by showing up on this warm morning.
After a jog along Reserve Ave and through the Riverside 1 garage, we made it to the deck. We warmed up with some circle planks, SSH, arm circles, Jack Webbs, and Rubios. After being called out by Dunphy, Cat Scratch showed up late…but just in time for some SSH. Rupp also made a surprise return about the same time Cat Scratch showed up — great to have you back brother.
After we were warm we made our way to the first floor where 4 clicker boards awaited us. We split into 4 groups for some team circuits. One team member would run up the ramp, do 5 bumpees, run up the next ramp, do 5 more burpees then run back down the stairs to the clicker board. This was the time keeper. One team member cranked out AMRAP merkins on the clicker boards. One team member ran stairs until time was out. One team member did AMRAP heels to heaven. We made it through 3 rounds (except for Frack who felt like he did extra merkins somehow despite only doing 3 sets). Dunphy wasn’t getting much click out of his clicker board, but may have broke his sternum or collapsed a lung.
