12 PAX on a cool, windy morning started the week off right with some Tabata’s for Breakfast!

Run over to parking garage, run up to the 2nd floor, bear crawl the second half, then touch each one of the concrete trusses along the third floor before going back down to ground floor for some warm ups.
Warm Ups
• 20 Side Straddle Hops
• 10 Windmills
• 15 Arm Circles
• 15 Reverse Arm Circles
• 15 Jack Webs
• Merkins – 7 Regular, 7 single count wide, 7 single count narrow
• 10 Willie Mays Hayes

The Thang – Tabata’s!
1. Tabata burpees (exercise 20 sec, rest 10 sec, repeat for 8 sets total for each of four exercises)
2. Tabata jump squats
3. Tabata merkins
4. Tabata sprints

Additional Fun
• Stairs – Up to 2nd floor, run across – at half way point switch to lunges, come back down to ground floor and back against wall in seated position until everyone arrives.
• Stairs – Up to 3rd floor, karaoke across to half way, switch to face opposite direction and karaoke the rest of the way, come back down to ground floor and back against wall in seated position until everyone arrives.
• Circle up for a little MARY
• 20 Freddie Mercury’s IC
• 15 Flutter Kicks IC
• 15 LBC’s
• Namorama. COT
