Warm-o-rama

Worth noting that Ari-Gold had already done a bit of an individual warm-up as we gathered prior to 5:30.  I believe the pre-workout substance he took beforehand played a role here……

2 Laps around the field at a Glee-like pace. Circle up for: 30 SSH, 10 Good mornings, 10 WMH, 10 Slo-merkins, 20 AC/20RAC.

As noted, it was a pretty cool morning so we need a sufficient warm-up. Time to partner up and go hunting!

Bear Hunt- One partner bear crawls from the 50 towards the endzone. Other partner runs to opposite endzone and then back to retrieve the bear. Once they catch him, partner carry back across to far endzone. Switch and repeat.

Crab Hunt- Same but with crab walks instead. Plenty warm now!

 

Thang- 4 Corners of Sparta

 

PAX begins in corner closest to parking lot. They perform a set of 5 merkin and 5 squat exercises, then sprint legnth of the field to the next corner. Same set of exercises w/ 10 reps of each. Sprint width of field, then 15. Sprint length of field, then 20. Once back at start, take a stadium run up and back to complete a round. Low squat holds until all arrive.

Round 1- Hand Release Merkins and Jump Squats

Round 2- Alternating-Touch Merkins and Monkey Humpers

Round 3- Standard Merkins and Standard Squats

20 Flutter Kicks, 15 Heals-to-Heaven, 15 American Hammers, 20 LBC’s OYO, 15 Freddy Mercurys, 15 Penguin Crunches, 15 Sharron Stones/Basic Instincts *All done IC. Plank Hold until Manti calls it
