12 PAX end the work week with a workout that Pinky would certainly have been proud of!

 

Warm-up

 

Lap around loop, circle back at beginning to pick up Grunge.

Circle up for: 50 SSH, 10 Abe Vagotas, 10 WMH, 15 IW, 25 AC/RAC * All IC – Reba joins in during SSH to give us 12

 

Mosey over to long VA Western Parking lot with a railroad run along the road pararell to western.

 

Thang- Parking Spaces

 

Start with first parking space, perform 1 merkin and 1 squat. Move on to next space, add one merkin/squat each time. Go up to 15 and back down to 1. Simple and painful! Worth noting that Space Jam moves at warp speed on this type of workout, well done!

6:02 once everyone finishes, still some time. And since we are already pretty close to LFH…..why not???? Run to top of LFH, 15 Hand-Release Merkins, back down and Big-Boy Sit-ups until all PAX arrive. Mosey back to cars.
