PAX partners up starting in middle of ground floor. One partner takes off up the stairs while others takes off opoosite direction and up the stairs, meet back in the middle of floor and perform the flowing exercises:

1st- 15 Partner-Handslap merkins

2nd- 20 Squats, 10 PHM’s

3rd- 20 Partner Derkins, 15 Squats, 10 PHM’s

4th- 25 Monkey Humpers (where’s Pinky), 15 Partner Derkins, 15 Squats, 10 PHM’s

5th- 10 Leap Frog Burpees, 20 MH, 15 PD, 15 Squats, 10 PHM’s

Coming back down: 4th-25 MH, 3rd- 15 Partner Derkins, 2nd-15 Squats, skip 1st to G- 10 PHM’s

One member calls out an exercise then runs up to 3rd floor and back down while PAX performs exercise. The following were called:
