BOMS Minus the Second B

QIC didn’t want to exert too much effort in planning this workout, so he decided to pull out the BOMBS. However, I never learned so well, so I forgot the second B (Big Boy Sit ups) and was left with BOMS.

Pax partnered up and performed Boms with a round trip up to the 4th floor all the way back to the 3rd deck.
