The Thang:

Simple but terrible….Each PAX does 25 merkins and 25 squats while 1 PAX runs to the ground floor and back up. Repeat so each PAX runs once (11 times). Q called an exercise for those that finished early. 34 degrees out and Commodore still generates lakes on the deck floor…amazing.
