The Thang:

100 punches OYO, then bunny hop up the first ramp of the parking deck. While waiting for PAX burpees

100 front kicks (50 each leg), then grape vine across 1st floor of parking deck. While waiting for PAX burpees

100 elbow to knee punches, then grape vine (other direction) up the ramp to the next floor.While waiting for PAX burpees

100 back kicks, then backwards run across floor of parking deck. While waiting for PAX burpees

100 circle blocks IC (bend your knees or Q won’t count’em), then high knees run up to the next floor. While waiting for PAX burpees

100 rond kicks (50 each leg), then one leg hops across floor. While waiting for PAX squats.

Keep repeating this pattern to the top of the Temple of Pain (but increase numbers to 150)

Run down stairs then practice ninja hurdles out of the Temple of Pain
