Dunphy:

Lap around two fields

Warm Up:  SSH, Arm Circles, RAC, IW, MC, Wide Grip Merkins, Stagger Merkins

To the Rail:  One Leg Squats, Right, Left, Dips, Derkins, repeato

To the Tennis Courts:

BLIMPS:  one exercise in between each set of courts:  5 burpees, 10 jump lunges, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats.  First set run between each station, second set bear crawl between each station.

Pinky:

Run back to parking deck with prison break across field.  10 burpees if you lost to a 2.0.

Parking Deck for 7s:  Up 6 floors, down 6, up 1.  21 cliffhanger merkins on side wall of deck.  Up 5 floors, down 6, up 2.  21 cliffhanger merkins on side wall of deck.  Up 4 floors, down 6, up 3.  21 cliffhanger merkins on side wall of deck.  Up 3 floors, down 6, up 4.  21 cliffhanger merkins on side wall of deck.

Mary: 21 Flutter Kicks, 21 American Hammers, 21 Penguin Crunches, 14 Flutter Kicks, 14 American Hammers, 14 Penguin Crunches, 14 Flutter Kicks, 14 American Hammers, 14 Penguin Crunches.
