Time to turn up the heat

So….I asked Twitch to Q again and he said not until some others step up and give Q-ing a try (hint hint Cake, BlindSpot, Double Humpee, and CatScratch)…so I decided to turn up the intensity (and keep turning it up) until others step up. J

 

Slaughter start:

20 burpees in the parking lot

Then we see Cake driving in…5 more burpees until he gets out of his car

Then we Indian Sprinted around and into the parking deck

 

Warmarama:

60 SSH IC

30 Arm circles (each side)

15 Merkins IC

50 Rubios IC

5 Balls to Wall IC

People’s Chair – all PAX do a nice slow 10 count

DIRTY bomb:

Job over to the stairwell and find the Bucket of Pain and a pair of dice. For the next ~30 minutes each PAX pulled out a piece of paper with three exercises on it, performed them all, then rolled the dice to see how many sets of stairs to run up.

Bucket of Pain exercises included lots of merkins, pop-up merkins, hand-release merkins, burpees, flutterkicks, plank jacks, mountain climbers, overhead arm claps,  and arm circles. Fun was had by all.

 

Mary:

Yikes, only 5 minutes left. One at a time, each PAX called out an ab workout and counted 15 IC. As soon as one exercise ended the next PAX called the next exercise. No rest. We started and ended with American Hammers. Between we did flutter kicks (x 2), penguin crunches, box cutters, heels to heaven, bicycles, and maybe a few others. A lot of un was had by all.
