Dunphy Q:

Warm Up:  Lap around 3 fields.  One leg Burpees (8 each leg).   Exercises IC:  SSH x25, Arm Circles x10, Reverse Arm Circles x10, Windmill x10, WMH x10, Imp Walker x20, MC x20, Merkins x10.

The Thang:

Run down greenway to wide area in front of Ramada.  One leg squats on curb x10 each leg, 20 box jumps OYO, Slow Dirkens x10.  Repeat.

Pinky Q:

Run back to middle of Riveside football field.  Partner up, travel from center of field to each corner via bear crawl, backward run, crab walk, traveling burpees (once each).  At each corner, perform the following exercises:

First Corner:

Without lowering your arms…40 forward arm circles (single count), 40 reverse arm circles (single count), 40 Overhead arm claps, 40 forward arm circles (single count), 40 reverse arm circles (single count), 40 Overhead arm claps.  Run back to center.

Second Corner:

50 merkins and 50 big boy situps.  Run back to center.

Third Corner:

Without lowering your arms…40 forward arm circles (single count), 40 reverse arm circles (single count), 40 Overhead arm claps, 40 forward arm circles (single count), 40 reverse arm circles (single count), 40 Overhead arm claps.  Run back to center.

Fourth Corner:

50 merkins and 50 big boy situps.  Run back to center.
